No vitamins yet for baby?

hi. are there any mums out there who do not give vitamins to their babies since birth? my hubby doesn't believe in vitamins, he says it's just all chemicals. I compensate by giving as much fruits to my baby's meal as much as possible. she's already 11mos now. she's growing well, but I still think she needs vits. any mummies who's same with me? tia!

Everything is chemicals... Fruits, vitamins are all made of chemicals. When they go in they will be broken down also so their body can absorb it. So vitamins are not dangerous but might not be necessary if your baby is growing well. Most doctors recommend vitamin D3 and iron. Both are important and usually lacking in babies. But if your baby drinks formula milk it's actually OK since formula milk already contains all necessary vitamins.
