Hi there.... I'm a first time mom and is considering cesarean. Haven't gone for my first check up yet as I'm still thinking which Gynae to choose. Do Polyclinics do referral to general hospitals?

they do refer to hospital like kkh or shg. buy the waiting time is long as it is subsidies
