Low placenta

Hi there. I m now at 22 weeks. My doctor told me that my placenta is low. Anyone else who encountered this? Any suggestions/ things to avoid?

Hi dear, you’ll need to avoid strenuous activities and sexual intercourse. If you encounter bleeding, seek medical attention immediately (and they might order bed rest too).
