Hello there i would like to ask if anyone of you know where could i check if the marriage certificate provided from the Philippines is really valid or fake?

Not that I know of but you can check with embassy?

I think embassy will be your best bet

The checking would be done in Singapore though, not sure if such services would be able to do it in Singapore to screen for authencity
