Is there anyone who hired myanmarese helper specifically to help look after newborn? Any major issues that you had faced?

language as their eng is limited. maybe u want to try to get one who already has some work experience in sg as that may have improved their eng. but always check and double check with them because they may say ok or yes but actually they do not understand.
