Switch from private hosp to KKh subsidiy during 3rd trimester

Is there anyone switch from private hosp to kkh subsidy during 3rd trimester recently? Can share the experience and process ? In dilemma if should switch due to cost.

yes i know mummies who did that, need to get referral to kkh from polyclinic and request for all documentation from the private hosp
