Leg and arm itching-9 weeks pregnant

Hello is there anyone here na sobrang pinangangatihan sa legs and arms pero walang rashes? Grabe halos hindi ako pinatulog nun nagising ako kagabi kasi hindi talaga tolerable yun kati.
