hi there,can anyone help me ☹️ I m 11 weeks plus pregnant n I hard to sleep properly also when I have my normal meal n taken my medicine as doctor instructed ,not long after I vomit n it's been going on until now...what I should do n plzzz help any tips or remedies for me
