3rd degree tear on first delivery

Hi there, Anyone experienced 3rd degree tear on your first delivery and expecting your 2nd one?#advicepls

thanks I know how it feels, doc proposed to go for c section if need to but I'm just so scared

My sister had it after 2nd delivery. She suffered a lot.
