Taro Yam Paste

Is that true that expectant mum should avoid eating yam paste? I love to eat it but my MIL was sharing unborn baby will get eczema or skin related issue? Anyone heard before or is this just a myth?

I never heard of it I ate alot and baby does have sensitive skin and eczema our pd mention it's genes cause both me and my hub has it
