Do we need to preorder items for mummys market or will they be available during the fair?

go for the preorder if you want the discount and free gifts. if you prefer to see the products in person then some items might be better to be bought at the fair itself

They will all be available just that sometimes they have a prefair sale which can be a little cheaper than the fair itself. Or some preorder so can just grab and go
