What can this be?

Tested positive a week back. Went to the doctor and confirmed that I was 4/5 weeks pregnant. Did a scan but they couldn’t see anything as perhaps too early. Now I’m bleeding. And having cramps. Sharp abdominal pain. Is this spotting or is this sign of miscarriage?

go to kkh. only thing u can do is to do hcg blood test n determine if its a chemical pregnancy
