Teething ?

Hello all, is this teething? I ask pediatrician and she said no. But i can clearly see the 2 teeth 🦷 Also, it has been like this for awhile now and the teeth still hasnt come up yet. Do you know how long does it take as it is affecting his milk appetite . Baby is 4months old~~

Most babies will develop teeth between 6 and 12 months. Typically, the first teeth to come in are almost always the lower front teeth (the lower central incisors), and most children will usually have all of their baby teeth by age 3
