Possibly. My firstborn had bad diarrhea and diaper rash when she was teething. Every few months she’ll have bad diaper rash and some diarrhea. Just ensure you apply your most trusted diaper rash cream (for me it’s Desitin purple, it works like magic, for others is Sudocrem, etc) after every diaper change. If you’re BF, ensure your diet is clean and not spicy. Although it is not scientifically proven that teething causes diarrhea I think. But just so happened to my LO and some of my relatives babies too. Many believe that the increased saliva produced during teething can cause stool to become slightly loose. Keep in mind, diarrhea can be a sign of a more serious infection so contact your infant's pediatrician if the stool becomes watery, because your infant could be at risk for dehydration.
I suggest to bring to the doctor but for me when my son has diarrhea I get him to drink the LactoGG+ for him mix with his milk and in 2-3 days no more diarrhea else can last a week . 1 everyday and u might see the difference but if u are worried and concern u might want to bring him to the doctor and consult first . the lacto gg can be found at guardian pharmacist.. I use on him as my son used to have diarrhea stay hospital 3 days for no reason and he got the lactogg in the end $2,200 fly just like that .
Sometimes it causes diarrhea because the kid might grab things randomly to chew/bite to ease the pain and those things might be dirty.
first the diaper rash is caused by wearing the soiled pampers for too long. Please get the school to change more frequently.
but honestly depends on individual bring to GP and ask them if okay to take LactoGG+ it helps newborns to adults as well .
Teething does cause fever but not diarrhea. If you are breastfeeding, you will have to avoid some food already
no. Teething doesn't cause diarrhoea or fever.
