If your face is now swollen, I'd contact your dentist again or seek medical attention as soon as possible. Sometimes swelling can mean the infection is getting worse and may need more treatment. In the meantime, keep taking the medication as prescribed and don't suffer through it alone. Hope you get relief very soon 🤍
