Hay, I feel you mama! Abot na abot na tayo sa deadline, so frustrating talaga ang waiting game. A few of my mum friends swore na ang combination ng regular walks (yung medyo brisk, hindi lang casual) plus squats really did help jumpstart things for them, but honestly, bawat body is different, kaya some of us did all that pa and still had to be induced. Make sure you're eating well, staying hydrated, at getting enough rest din kasi your body needs energy for labor talaga. Since you're already 39 weeks, worth it na to check in with your OB para makita if there's anything else you can do safely or if they want to monitor you na, they'll know best what's safest for you and baby.
