Increase oral fluid intake, high fiber diet po! Try niyo din prunes or kung wala yun raisins na nabibili sa grocery and yakult. Yun kapag feeling mo na mapoops kana, inom ka madami water para makahelp sa pagbaba ng poopies 😊
