Ay momsh, headaches with dizziness at 32 weeks can sometimes be something na kailangan i-check ng doctor agad, please don't wait, go to your OB or nearest clinic/hospital especially if it's getting worse, okay? Alam ko nakaka-scary, pero better safe than sorry sa third trimester. A few of us mums experienced similar and it turned out to be something na kailangan ng proper monitoring lang. Tell your doctor exactly what you're feeling, the heaviness, the dizziness, lahat ng details. Wishing you well, mama!
