A few whisps of talc probably won't harm Baby but if she breathes in a lot of talc it *could* get into her lungs. Definitely don't let baby play with a bottle of talc and use a soft towel to dry her after a bath. Also use a cream instead of talc to reduce nappy rash. If you do use talc, then tip it on your hand a away from Baby and then dap it into Baby instead. Hope that helps!
A difficult one....its needed in tropical weather but causes dryness in my daughter's skin if I use too much. So for me the answer is to use in moderation depending on the humidity.
