Mkn 10 minit sekali elak muntah. Mkn sikit² sis, try mushroom soup dgn Garlic Bread, Bread toast, Pasta boleh mkn. Jgn terlalu pedas. Seafood klu boleh avoid ye. boleh mkn ikan udang kerang yg dh btul² masak. Strictly avoid mkn Ketam, buah nenas, betik, klu nk mkn telur pun biar telur yg dh masak jgn mkn half boiled, telur mata. klu sis boleh means try to avoid mknn yg pedas & byk minyak tu until 24weeks. Highly recommend, sbb I dh nk 16weeks, time god alahan mual semua dah kurang x teruk mcm sblm ni... 💗
