Ahhh mama, 39 weeks 1 day and dealing with Braxton Hicks je, so relatable, memang penat and frustrating kan! A few of us went through the same thing, one friend had them every few hours for almost 2 weeks before actual labour started, so it's really normal la at this stage. The best thing is just rest, hydrate well, and stay calm because your body is actually preparing even if it feels like nothing's happening, the real contractions will be very different, sakit and consistent, you'll know the difference!
