rasa memulas nak berak

sye 36w3days, perut kerap rasa memulas mcm betul2 dah hujung2 nak membuang, tp die keep on off je tak membuang betul2 pun. takde datang dgn tanda2 lain, cumanya sye curious lah, ni salah satu tanda bersalin jugak ke ye? dah 2hari rasa macamni. ade sekali 2 membuang tp ciput je yg membuangnye. help.

Eh, ini memang biasa dekat few weeks before labour lah, badan kau tengah prepare, so cramps and changes dalam bathroom habits is normal! But since dah 2 hari macam ni and you're getting that sensation terus-terus, better check with your doctor or midwife just to make sure everything okay and they can confirm if this is pre-labour stuff or something else, sebab at 36w++ we need to be sure. Dekat check-up nanti, mention this to them and they'll put your mind at ease!
