Alhamdulillah tahniah sayang! 7 weeks with a heartbeat itu memang the best feeling ever kan, and the fact your cyst dah shrink is such good news, stress memang kita kena manage sebab it affects everything. A few of my mum friends juga ada cyst masa pregnant and alhamdulillah most resolved on their own, especially when we focus on staying calm and eating well like you said, your positivity and doa memang powerful!
