Perut cramp

Aww I understand the worry lah, a few of us TTC mums jugak experience random cramps dan it can be so confusing, especially when symptoms macam tu overlap dengan PMS atau early signs! Those 5-minute cramps boleh je dari stretching, gas, atau timing dalam cycle, tapi the fact you're having nausea and breast pain for 2 weeks is worth getting checked by your doctor, tak takut lah even if it's "nothing", better to know, kan, than wonder and stress lagi. Do a test or go see your gynae, because at least you'll have peace of mind either way!
