i'm a working mum with 2 toddler (3y & 1y4m). tbh masih juggling utk handle kerja hakiki, house chores, tantrum ank. penat, xckup tido tu benda biasa. utk toddler u need to set up fixed routine..supaya u blh plan ur day.
bila ada ank ni...mmg kena korban sikit rehat, kena top up supplement utk keep it up...awl2 i kerap lesu, cpt penat... i consume cal mag d, vit c dan multivitamin utk bg bdn cergas disamping beli treadmill utk exercise kt rumah. alhamdulillah skrg kurang la lesu..
