Maybe kena kerap kan timing makan, sbb being pregnant mmg akan ada time kita cepat letih, maybe sbb kita lapar sebenarnya. Kalau sy awal2 and hujung2 ni selalu rasa mcm ni, but then I go and eat, then I’ll be alright a moment later. Time tgh2 trimester kedua okay je. Some relate it to problem dgn hb, but my hb is okay all the way, Alhamdulillah. So maybe im not consuming enough calories…so I’ll always make sure I have snacks for moments like this.
