It is normal ibu, sebab baby semakin membesar and berat and pada masa yg sama rahim semakin membesar so pelvic bones akan lagi widen up persediaan utk bersalin nanti. Ibu boleh mandi air panas / suam lama sikit, sbb air panas suam boleh melegakan muscles and sakit sakit sendi semua pun hilang including pelvic bones pain. Lepas mandi, rehat and tidur sekejap.
