The thing is, Noriday is a progestin-only pill so it boleh memang affect bleeding pattern, some orang jadi heavy, some jadi light or irregular like you, and that's actually normal variation lah. But sebab you're concerned about how the blood looks and the pattern dah change significantly, I think worth checking with your gynae or doctor to make sure semua OK dalam rahim, especially kalau dah few months macam ni; they can confirm whether it's just hormone adjustment or something else.
