Aww, hang in there, 6 tahun TTC, I can imagine how precious this is. Good news is your scan came back clear, that's the main thing! So from what I hear, spotting in early pregnancy while on duphaston is actually quite common, a few mums I know had the same thing. One kawan's experience stuck with me: she spotted lightly every kali kencing je for a few days, took duphaston for just 2 days and was totally fine by scan. Another mum was spotting on and off almost daily in the first trimester, her doctor kept her on duphaston sampai 33 weeks, and it settled down after a while. So some mums the spotting is really minimal and short, others it drags longer, but as long as kantung and heartbeat look good, that's usually a positive sign. The duphaston can take a few days to kick in, and some mums still spot even while taking it (it's not a magic stop, some had bleeding despite the medication), so don't panic if it continues a bit. What I'd say is rest as much as you can if possible, take the duphaston as prescribed, and keep your follow-up scan dates, they'll monitor you closely.
