Am i pregnant?

hi, supposedly on week 6 pregnancy. On 7/12, late for a week on my period. UPT buy at 7e, result came out +. Then im start bleeding(not much but ongoing) since yesterday 12/12(for now it have been almost 2days) with cramping like menstrual. Then today(13/12), test UPT came out negative. fyi, the preg test bought from shopee😂. Most cheapest one. Can anyone explain am i really pregnant? or it just actually my period came late?

You are supposedly on week 6 pregnancy? Did u check UPT and reconfirm at clinic? Means on November u r not period the whole month? But again u said on 7/ 12 late for a week on ur period... So I'm a bit confused there? N if u r pregnant, definitely u not getting menses.

i thought need to go to clinic bfr 12w. Calc from 1/11 first day on my last period , supposed to be 6w. Never mind, should confirm at the clinic. The menses came with very little flow so i thought that was just normal spotting.

Update:I am pregnant. The blood is from miscarriage…. Moga ada rezeki lain kali..
