Just Mums

any resources or support group in sg for mum to be

Any support group that can provide emotional and psychological support for mum to be and mum who are just gave birth and yet adapting to in laws moving in. Starting to realise that the different lifestyle and my own personality doesnt suits staying with someone else other than my own husband. Like i tend to hide in my room to avoid contact with inlaws . And im feeling frustrated for nthing ever since they are in. Cannot stand them using their old clothes as flor rags m and bring some unasthetic items to add on to our hse since ours has a theme for our ID

It's best you draw a line let your in law understand what you wish when baby out. If not there will be alot of arguments. Grandparents will dote their grandchildren the worst part is when they interfered in your teaching and what you want to do with your kids.

Simple vs Easy

Hey, I can understand. Best would be to have a chat with your husband about it on how to deal with this going forward. May be have some basic rules but explain to the in-laws politely ?
