If your baby hiccups, you can feel him or her hiccup vibration greatest at your bladder area. That’s how I track that my baby most likely is head down. But certainly ultrasound is most accurate to confirm.

Hi, baby position will still changed towards the end of labor. Even when baby is head-down, baby could be in posterior position during labor. This happened to me which leads to difficult labor.
