Oo, super lala ang acid reflux ko nung first trimester, sobrang unexpected! 12 weeks is peak time talaga kasi ang hormones are just going crazy at bumabagal ang digestion mo. A few of us tried smaller, frequent meals and avoiding spicy stuff (RIP my favorite lutong bahay for a bit haha), pero honestly it really helped pag nag-consult kami ng OB para may prescribed antacid na safe sa baby, baka worth asking your doc din kaya tumalon-talon ang worry mo, especially pag nakakaapekto sa sleep at eating. Ganyan talaga pregnancy, pero hindi mo na kailangan tibayan yan alone!
