hi dentist mommy here, we don't recommend doing extraction without your OB's consent. make sure na meron clearance from OB. best time to do extraction is during 2nd trimester po. try home remedies for the meantime like mumog ng maligamgam na tubig with asin, cotton na merong any anti sensitivity toothpaste dun sa butas ng ngipin. Also, don't take any pain relievers without the OB's consent. The best pain reliever is Paracetamol. If pwede kana for extraction sabi ni OB, set your appointment in the morning, kumain nang tama, at mas magandang may kasama pag magpapabunot. tell your dentist na preggy ka para di ka masyadong nakahiga kapag naka upo and tell her also other discomfort during treatment. Don't forget also your blood pressure should be of normal range. we do not prescribe tranexamic acid for pregnant kaya make sure you have plenty of cotton just incase after extraction mapapalitan mo kaagad. bite with pressure para magstop. kagat ng malamig and rest. :)

If nasa first trimester po, bawal po mii. Pero if nasa 2nd or 3rd trimester na, and di nyo na po talaga kaya ung pain. Pwede na po pero consult your OB pa rin po before doing so.

I had my tooth extraction during 2nd trimester. Just make sure u have clearance from ur ob.
