FTM? Tbh, sleep and nap all you can. Once you pop, bye bye sleep and nap. At least during the newborn stage. Enjoy doing whatever you like now. Maybe sit in the park for slow breathing, it’s calming. Maybe pray and give thanks for even the littlest things in life. I love to close my eyes and breath slow and steady, then starting from my head, one by one, I will tell my body to rest. You will notice how tensed your muscles are. I find this extremely calming and before I reach the toes, I’m already asleep 😌

Totally understand the feeling!! Try to do whatever you love whatever you want, pamper yourself as much while you can. As cliche as it sounds, nap and sleep all you want!! Go dates with husband! Cause once baby’s out, (for me) its more depressing, youll be losing sleep and your sanity, time with husband will be almost non existent cause both are just so tired. Whatever it is just keep it mind whatever happens during delivery, youll still get to meet your baby by end of day

would be good to read up or ask around on what happens during birth. can do simple exercises to help ease Labor and birth also if gynae gives green light. on your own do mentally prep and calm yourself down pen down thoughts on what you are afraid of and what you are looking fwd to at end of the this you get to see your baby but it's understandable and totally ok to be scared of change - just try and process it properly now first before it happens

Don’t worry too much!!!! During your labour, whatever happens, go with the flow. Trust the doctors, you are in good hands!!! ✨✨✨ And yes, sleep and nap all you want bcos when baby comes, bye bye sleep (really).

depression can happen due to hormonal changes so don't worry too much. The baby will come on the right day at the right time. All you can do is eat, relax and sleep well. Do some breathing exercises and meditation.

Agree with the others, just do whatever you like. Enjoy the last few weeks of your private time with your husband and go wherever u fancy. Keep yourself happy and enjoy the exciting journey ahead!

oh hi mommy, relax yourself by having a warm bath, listen to music that soothes your soul. Or how about, start arranging your baby's stuffs..it also gives joy and becomes a happy pill. 💕

There’s no need to worry, whatever happens, happens. Enjoy your sleep and time with husband as much as possible coz you’ll be missing them afterwards 😁
