try fruits! especially banana but not too much, i think banana has higher sugar content. i had greek yoghurt topped with fruits too! kiwi, oranges are my favorite.
Is the same for me. have some dry crackers, drink soup, eat fruits. My gynae said it’s ok if don’t have appetite. Make sure you drink water.
Same here! And fruits and açai bowls have been helping me a lot. I feel like they are the only things I can stomach now.
Oats, nuts, crackers. Milk, milo.
