Frequent headache

Any suggestions to get rid of headache quickly or avoid headache altogether? Im in my 2nd trimester. Do you resort to panadols right away?

I am allergic to paracetamols so I didn’t take any medications and my migraines were so bad I ended up crying, walking up and down… I doubt it’s avoidable.. Eating something helps me ‘forget’ the pain, then after that just rest after eating and pray I’ll fall asleep 😅
