I m on my week 6+ and I have headache and nausea for 2 days. Any advise to get rid of the headache?

Lower down your sodium in take too.. That's helps. End yes paracetamol is fine when you're pregnant . Avoid panadol extra.

take plain paracetamol and drink more water
