Hi! I’m a FTM-to-be. Any suggestions to ease back or leg discomfort from standing or walking? I’m in my 15th week. Every time I sit it felt better. The gynae says it’d be muscular and posture related plus the uterus is expanding thus the discomfort... which would likely be worse as the baby grows. :(
Calf and feet message will help ease the pain. When you sleep, put your feet up to relieve muscle tension. Take care
have you tried wearing socks to promote blood circulation? I also bought maternity pillows when I was pregnant.
