How to increase amniotic fluid?

I also had same problem but not sure was it just low to my gynae. Had two wks worth of HL, asked to bed rest, drink alot of water n eat as well. After another 2 wks was a review which shows it was improving but still given 2 wks hl. After the 4 wks of hl, everything was ok and i delivered a healthy baby 4 mths ago!

I am not sure about the reason. I also found with low amniotic fluid, I was asked to drink more fluids and get more rest. I had a healthy baby at the end.
