Ay, good timing ito! So a few of us moms talked about this, and honestly ang essential talaga is baby clothes (newborn at 0-3 sizes kasi hindi mo alam kung gaano kalaki ang baby mo), diapers, wet wipes, mittens, at blankets, bring like two sets para sa baby, then for you mama bring comfortable loose clothes na parang pre-pregnancy size, extra underwear na throwaway type, nursing bras, toiletries, and phone charger kasi grabe ang battery drain doon haha. One of my friends also swears na kelangan yung baby's first outfit para sa hospital discharge photos, at personal preference items lang like extra pillow with colored case para makita ng staff na yun yung sa baby. Pero honestly depend din sa hospital ninyo kung ano ang provided nila versus dadalhin mo, so best to ask the hospital's packing list para hindi mabigatan, hope this helps, mama!
