Breast milk storage method

Do we store our breast milk in freezer or jus the normal cold compartment? Is it really better to buy a separate small fridge jus to store breast milk or our home fridge is ok too?

It depends on ur supply and also how much you want to store, as well as how much freezer space you have. I started using home freezer first and ended up buying a 90L freezer once my supply rly increased and i no longer have enough storage to store in home freezer. If you’re keeping in fridge section, rmb you can only keep for 4 days! So make sure you use up the milk by then or else do freeze it!

It depends on your supply. For me I don’t have to freeze them, my baby is always drink bm produced within 24 hours so I simply stored them in the fridge.
