Stopped pumping for 4 days ,how long will the milk supply stop?

I stopped pumping for a few days before due to illness, mummy. My supply didn't disappear immediately, but it definitely dropped. Every mummy is different though. If it's only been 4 days, there's still a chance to build it back up with frequent pumping, latching, and staying hydrated. ❤️ If you're planning to continue breastfeeding, I'd try restarting as soon as possible. 😊
