Stomach feel full yet feel thirsty all day

My stomach feel full and tight everyday. Not sure if is bb inside so feel this way. Anyone same as me? I feel thirsty all the time and can't drink too much at one go. Cos stomach so full. 20weeks.

Same here.. the tight feeling and stomach full of gas. I’m at weeks 17. I would say most days I feel this way since first trimester..
