Courtship follows the relationship ladder:
a. Level 1 - Spiritual
Relationship should be Christ-centered. Hindi siya emotion driven but purpose driven. Both of you committed to grow in your relationship with the Lord before anything else.
b. Level 2 - Social
Look for mentors. Find people that will help and advise you in your courtship journey. Don't create your "own world" (nililigawan at manliligaw). Involve your loved ones (family, friends and churchmates). Magpa-guide.
c. Level 3 - Emotional
Refrain from emotional impurity. Courtship that will not lead to commitment isn't good. Emotional commtiment should not be emotional suffocation for both of you. Hindi nagseselos, naiinis or badtrip kapag hindi nagkikita. Matured enough not to play with others emotion.
d. Level 4 - Physical
Physical intimacy is good after wedding. This is your reward for being patient throughout the process. Iwas muna sa mga bagay o lugar na magiging dahilan ng "unwanted situation".
