Keep cool and drink some coconut water!! Your gynae will check for dilation during your check up and will advise according! I didn’t have any sign of labour too, it was my gynae who check my dilation and ask me to check in for labour immediately (was near 39 weeks) - tips: bring along your hospital registration doc along in case really need to admit on the same day! Hospital bag, you can arrange your hubby to pick it up later.
It is important to know that you may give birth at anytime now. Do squats, climb stairs, do more walk and curb walk. These helps you to dilate
It is said that some might go up to 40 weeks? Call your gynae and take cue from him/her mummy. Don’t worry.
Just wait or induce. You're alr full term. Anytime from now... I know you're excited to meet your baby
take it slow. approach gyane if in doubt
