Paano malaman yung computation magkano makukuha sa SSS Maternity Benefit Step 1: Kailngan mag sign-up muna at may account online sa sss.gov.ph Step 2: Kung meron ng account pumunta sa "E-SERVICES" then i click ang "Inquiry" Step 3: Sa ilalim ng Employee Static Information ay makikita ang "Eligibility" then i click ang "Sickness/Maternity" Step 4: Lalabas ang List of Benefits at sa ilalim nito i click ang "Maternity" Step 5: Fill up-an ang mga sumusunod: Confinement Start: EDD (Estimate Date of Delivery) Delivery Date: EDD (Estimate Date of Delivery) Delivery Type: Normal Icheck ang check box kasunod ng "Please Check this is Member is....." Pag nacheckan mo na ito, automatic n mag fill-up ang "Reporting Employer ID" Step 6: Kung nasagutan mo na click "Submit" NOTE: NEED NAKA LAPTOP OR PC HINDI ITO MAKIKITA SA CELLPHONE APPLICATION NG SSS Edit: Pwede po makita using mobile browser and go to sss website. The maternity benefit is offered only to female SSS members. A member is qualified to avail of this benefit if: She has paid at least three monthly contributions within the 12-month period immediately preceding the semester of her childbirth or miscarriage. She has given the required notification of her pregnancy to SSS through her employer if employed; or submitted the maternity notification directly to the SSS if separated from employment, a voluntary or self-employed member.
