Worry of miscarriage

Spotting has greatly reduced after 1 week and feeling better today.. However, I try to recall and remember that I passed out a sac filled with blood (about 3cm diameter) about 5 days ago and I was feeling sicker on that day, relieved with panadol.. Have been emotionally affected recently because worry that that sac could be gestational sac. Have been talking to baby daily and encourage both of us to stay strong. Is difficult to stay optimistic at this moment. 4 more days to my gynae appointment.. Feeling that time pass very slow 😢

Don't think too much as it doesn't help and will affect your baby. Try to relax, do something you enjoy and keep yourself busy. I know is easier to say than done. Tell yourself and baby, both of you are blessed.🌈💪
