Spotting week 6

Is spotting (dark red) common during 1st trimester around week 6? I didn't encounter this during my 1st pregnancy. #pleasehelp

Thank you for your advice. Went to the gynae today, there was no heartbeat and gynae said that it's an unhealthy pregnancy and it'll be a miscarriage.
