Can i be pregnant or hormonal issues

Hey mama, spotting can be tricky kasi it could be so many things, hormonal fluctuations, stress, even implantation bleeding if the test was too early, but honestly, if you're on day 32 and the test came back negative, I'd say check with your OB just to be sure, especially if this isn't your normal pattern. A few of us had similar experiences before and our doctors just wanted to rule things out with bloodwork or timing, so walang mawawala if you get it checked, really.
